I remember years ago watching your IMP series, I thought they were ok-ish at the time, but that has to have been years ago by now, and this Flash doesn't give me the impression you've improved on Animating or voice acting in the however many years you've been making Flashes.

It was especially grating here because the voices all sound like they have peaking audio still and the Animations are still just arms and legs on hinges. It might've held my attention when I was younger and Newgrounds consisted entirely of amateurs, but nowadays it just seems too sloppily made.

Still just as funny as your usual fare I might add, but hard to enjoy.

(Probably an error in the actual game, but the Stonehenge isn't even in London, not even near it. :P)

Correct.

This is, of course, entirely true. :D

You should do a sequel about how some usernames have 'Sonic' 'naruto' or 'madness' in them or something.

Ok.

Pretty decent flash, I liked the whole parchment type background thing you've got going on, although the animation wasn't up to much, I'd say that's about average.

The voices were pretty good though, I'll give you that. Wasn't that funny though.

Sorry I'm being a bit back and forth in this review but every good thing seems to be countered by a bad thing. The Art style is let down by the animation, the voices are let down by the humour etcetera. Though like I said, a decent flash.

Pretty boring, although I'm sure that was the idea

For some bizarre reason, I laughed at the parts that were just long silences. You should make a sequel to this next year. :D

Also, the one thing I should complain about was that most of the voice actors were far too good at voice-acting in comparison to the animation.

I look forward to see how many people blindly give this 5's and 10's.

I like.

Since there wasn't a lot else to comment on, imma just gonna reviews this purely on the animation. The animation was decently made, it flowed quite easily and looked, well, animated. Seeing more like this would definitely be a plus.

However! One thing that is always sure to annoy me is a flash being mute, it would've been made much funnier if it had accompanying sound effects to go with the animation, and also would've been funnier if the preloader at the start was a real one.

Overall, on the sliding scale of how good animations are, with the very bottom being the Flash equivalent of a PowerPoint Slideshow, and the very top being Super Smash on this very website, I would place this one in the exact middle, stepping a single toe over in the direction of good animations.

Cesarean-Pizza responds:

Thank you for the fair review. As soon as I find aproprait sound effects I can add them. As for the preloader... I'm not sure if I can get one using Pencil.

As I said. Just testing this programs limitations.

Adequate.

It's nice to see some original humor on this website, although it lost it's comedy value after about 5 seconds. Still, pretty good presentation.

DunderAxel responds:

Explain in a PM, would you kindly.

Pretty funny, but far, FAR too short.

Pretty funny, although it feels like it should be part of the Sonic Shorts Collab or something. :D, I'd say it's of the same quality as theirs.

Animation was quite good, although the colors that you looked looked a little depressing.

Pretty unusual.

Don't completely understand it, but I like it, especially the FBF of the blinking eye at the beginning, the rest of the animation could've been better though. Still, if this makes it through, which I'm sure it will, I might submit a suggestion for the Animutations section.

Mechabloby responds:

animutations? it's not one of those at all - it's experimental D:

lol glad that you gave a fairly positive review: I was just wantint to try out new things, so I did what I did - took some interesting shots of places around my computer desk. I like the result, tbh.

Thanks for the 6 :)

Improve lots.

Normally, I'd chew out the animator for making something like this, but you seem to have at least made an earnest effort, despite not turning out very well.

First of all, the concept. Pretty much everyone who's watched a sprite movie on this site has probably looked at it and thought, "I could do that.", and what annoys me is that most of them are turning out the same, which is kind of why I'm getting sick of them nowadays.

Secondly, the actual animation part of the animation, you don't seem to have grasped the basic ideas of flash yet, because this doesn't look nearly as good as what it would've been if you knew what you were doing. The animation looks more like a really fast slideshow rather than actual moving images, how you managed to do that with sprites I do not know, then again my first animation looked pretty similar.

Finally, everything else you did....is what I would be commenting on now if there was anything else to comment on, there's no story, sound or any form of ActionScripting, not even a newbie-proof preloader to stick on your first frame.

I hope you appreciate the 10 minutes I took out of my busy schedule of doing nothing, and I'd rather hope that you listen to everything I said.

Awesome series.

Pretty funny movie, especially the bit with the 'PC' going BSOD. :D

I'm being distracted by absolutely everything. I abandoned this account back in 2010, my former output disgusts me to this day.
